As the final night of 2025 approaches… Join us for a spectacular New Year’s Eve celebration in The White Room.
OUR MICHELIN STAR! - We are grateful and proud to announce that Michelin has again recognized us with one star. These turbulent times are difficult for all of us. We think of all our colleagues who work very hard and congratulate those who have achieved a star.
Restaurant The White Room achieved its first star in 2017. For Chef de Cuisine Randy Karman this is the second time in a row under his leadership.
Last year, Michelin praised The White Room for the use of fresh acidity, exotic spices and products from Dutch soil, everything The White Room is known for. The enthusiastic chef Karman knows how to incorporate this in a creative way in his dishes. These, therefore, emphasize his technical expertise”, according to the jury.
