As the final night of 2025 approaches… Join us for a spectacular New Year’s Eve celebration in The White Room.
Michelin-starred chef de cuisine Tristan de Boer presents a festive menu crafted with the Netherlands’ finest seasonal ingredients. Expect refined touches like king crab with red cabbage, almond and coconut, and a delicate pairing of Pierre Robert cheese with goose liver. A red wine and kentjoer sorbet adds a surprising twist, complemented by hints of coriander and cauliflower. Each course is artfully plated and thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines.
