As the final night of 2025 approaches… Join us for a spectacular New Year’s Eve celebration in The White Room.
On March 31st and for one night only, The White Room collaborates with Maison Rémy Martin to present unique single-thread 5-course dinner paired with the aromatic elegance of Rémy Martin Cognacs and spirits. A one-of-a-kind occasion to dive into the world of Cognac with Rémy Martin and LOUIS XIII Benelux brand ambassadors' storytelling.
Right after the harvest, March marks the end of distillation season for Rémy Martin Cognacs. Representing the finest European craftsmanship, Rémy Martin is one of the world’s finest cognacs — a signature blend of Grande and Petite Champagne crus. The perfect base of bespoke cocktails and match for land-rooted cuisine.
Inspired by his travels and forward-thinking vision, Chef de Cuisine Tristan De Boer will create 5 unique dishes that showcase the singular essences of Rémy Martin Cognacs. A blend of local fresh ingredients and innovative cooking techniques to accompany a selection of full-bodied spirits and Cognacs and magnify its full aromatic complexity.
Two of the dinner's courses will be thoughtfully served alongside a custom Remy Martin cocktail crafted by our Tailors. The nuanced flavors of the Cognac-based drinks will surprise all cocktail aficionados.
