Two Michelin starred chef Daniël Gottschlich at Ox & Klee Germany, Two Michelin starred chef Mario Gamba at Acquarello Germany, Two Michelin starred chef Christoph Rüffer at Haerlin Germany and Two Michelin starred chef Dieter Koschina at Vila Joya Portugal will be the guests of The White Room's brigade for an exceptional twelve-hands dinner in the very heart of Amsterdam.
For this one of a kind rendezvous, the five chefs have devised a six and five-sequence lunch and dinner menus, where each will propose a dish, reflecting their respective culinary worlds.
The restaurant will be serving alcoholic pairings and the head sommelier's latest homemade zero-proof beverages.
