As the final night of 2025 approaches… Join us for a spectacular New Year’s Eve celebration in The White Room.
On 15 April, restaurant The White Room sets the stage for an unprecedented international culinary collaboration to celebrate the venue's pre 10-year jubilee.
Chefs Jacob Jan Boerma & Tristan De Boer invite three renowned Michelin-Star chefs to honour friendships and unveil an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
Two Michelin starred chef Daniël Gottschlich at Ox & Klee Germany, Two Michelin starred chef Mario Gamba at Acquarello Germany, Two Michelin starred chef Christoph Rüffer at Haerlin Germany and Two Michelin starred chef Dieter Koschina at Vila Joya Portugal will be the guests of The White Room's brigade for an exceptional twelve-hands dinner in the very heart of Amsterdam.
For this one of a kind rendezvous, the five chefs have devised a six and five-sequence lunch and dinner menus, where each will propose a dish, reflecting their respective culinary worlds.
The restaurant will be serving alcoholic pairings and the head sommelier's latest homemade zero-proof beverages.
