At The White Room, this special brunch is an invitation to gather around the table and honour all mothers — past, present, and those who feel like one — in an atmosphere of warmth, elegance, and care.
Inspired by Chef Tristan de Boer’s bond with his own mother, the brunch is rooted in a simple idea: making everyone feel completely at home.
Some things you cook because of technique. Others you cook because of love. This Mother's Day; we open our doors for a brunch that started with one simple thought; “I want my mother to feel completely at home.” We would love for yours to feel the same.
Guests are invited to enjoy a relaxed sharing brunch, bringing the familiar flavours of The White Room into a warm, cozy setting. The menu features dishes such as Dutch lamb with Thai salad and fried rice, steak tartare with Remeker, and kingfish with strawberries and wasabi, followed by playful sweets including Champagne–shiso gelato and The White Room’s take on a classic dame blanche.
