This spring’s most prized vegetable is taking center stage of Michelin-starred chef Jacob Jan Boerma culinary composition. Since the White Asparagus harvesting season started in Holland, the local delicacy will be served in a myriad of dishes that showcase its distinctive earthy flavors and aromas. Food enthusiasts will delight in a set of amuses followed by a starter, two main courses and a dessert reflecting the chef's cookery skills and travels.
