For one evening only, The White Room welcomes guests to an exclusive dinner in partnership with Perrier-Jouët. Hosted by Cellar Master Séverine Frerson, the experience brings together rare vintages and prestige cuvées, paired with a specially crafted menu by Chef Tristan de Boer that celebrates craftsmanship, elegance and the art of Champagne.
Created exclusively for this occasion, the four-course menu by Chef Tristan de Boer has been designed to complement the elegance and character of each Perrier-Jouët cuvée. Throughout the evening, guests will experience a series of carefully crafted pairings that highlight the dialogue between Champagne and cuisine, revealing new dimensions of flavour, texture and craftsmanship with every course.
